Enter Your Details
Fill in your personal information. If you already have an account, log in; if not, you can easily register as a new user.
Confirm Your Booking
After reviewing your details, confirm your appointment to finalize the booking process.
Check Your Email
You will receive two emails: One for Booking Confirmation and another with a link to the meeting. Keep an eye on your inbox to ensure you have all necessary information.
Prepare for Your Consultation
- Ensure you are in a quiet place with minimal distractions to facilitate clear communication during the appointment.
- Verify that you have a stable internet connection and a suitable device for video consultation to ensure a smooth experience.
After the Consultation
Log in to your account a day after the consultation and navigate to encounters > encounter dashboard, to review the Doctor’s Assessment and Notes from your consultation. This can be a valuable resource as you continue your health journey.
