Booking Appointments
Click on "Book Appointment" button, select your preferred doctor, choose a convenient date and time, fill in your details, and confirm. You'll receive instant confirmation via email and SMS.
Yes, you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment time. Go to your patient dashboard, find your appointment, and click "Reschedule". Note that repeated cancellations may affect your ability to book future appointments.
We recommend arriving 10 minutes early. If you're running late, please call us immediately. The doctor may still see you if there's time, but we cannot guarantee it. You may need to reschedule if you're more than 15 minutes late.
Video Consultations
Video consultations allow you to see your doctor online from anywhere. You'll receive a "Join Video Call" button 15 minutes before your appointment time. Click it to start the secure video consultation with your doctor.
You need a device with a camera and microphone (smartphone, tablet, or computer), a stable internet connection, and a quiet, private space. No app download required - it works directly in your browser.
Video consultations are great for follow-ups, minor issues, prescription refills, and medical advice. However, physical examinations require in-person visits. Your doctor will let you know if you need to come in.
Online Pharmacy
Browse our pharmacy, add medicines to your cart, enter your delivery details, and send your order via WhatsApp. Our pharmacy team will confirm and process your order. For prescription medicines, upload your prescription image.
Standard delivery takes 24-48 hours within Dar es Salaam. Other regions may take 2-5 business days. Express delivery (same day) is available for urgent medicines at an additional cost.
Account & Privacy
Yes! All your medical records are encrypted and stored securely on our servers. We comply with international healthcare data protection standards (HIPAA). Your data is never shared without your explicit consent.
Log into your patient dashboard and click on "Medical Records". You can view, download, and share your complete medical history, lab results, prescriptions, and appointment notes anytime.
